True North Home Comfort was started by two people who split the work the way it should be split. One builds the team. The other builds the systems that let the team do good work every single day.
Co-founder Joe Addario spent close to three decades mastering the technical side of the home service trade. He developed training programs, supported technicians in the field, and held workmanship to a standard most companies never reach. That standard was part of what built Addario's Services into one of Massachusetts' most trusted home service companies.
True North is that same standard, brought to Maine. It is why our technicians are ours rather than subcontracted, why the price is written down before the work starts, and why the phone gets answered at two in the morning in February.
We are based in Hollis, ME, and we work across 36 towns in Cumberland and York County. Homes are the bulk of what we do, along with light commercial properties.

Gas work is life-safety work. It is sized, routed, pressure tested and inspected, never improvised.
